CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

This Confidentiality Policy for personal information applies to all information, that the legal entity Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS (PSRN (Primary State Registration Number): 1080276005952, TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number): 0276116450, registration address: 450900, Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa, village Nagaevo, Kirei Margina street, 15) and/or its affiliates may receive about the User during his using the website.

Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS deeply respects the importance of our clients’ personal data confidentiality. We are responsible for providing the confidentiality of all information we receive while supplying the services to our customers. The implementation of this responsibility is regulated by the Confidentiality Policy of Personal Data (the "Confidentiality Policy") and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following definitions are used in this Confidentiality Policy:

1.1.1. "The Administration of the Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website" (the “Administration of the website”) – authorized employees acting on behalf Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS who operate the website. 1.1.4. "Personal Data" signifies any kind of information that refers to a definite or identifiable person or a legal entity directly or indirectly.

1.1.5. "Processing of personal data" is an operation or a complex of actions performed with personal data of individuals or legal entities, including collecting, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (updating and changing), retrieving, usage, transferring (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and personal data destruction in an automated mode (or without such a method).

1.1.6. Automated processing of personal data is a personal data processing with computer technologies.

1.1.7. Personal data dissemination signifies actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to extraneous person.

1.1.8. Provision of personal data signifies actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to third parties

1.1.9. Blocking of personal data is a temporary cessation of personal data processing (except cases when data processing is necessary for the personal data refinement).

1.1.10. Deletion of personal data signifies actions that make restoring of personal data contents in information system impossible and (or) destroy data carries.

1.1.11. Depersonalization of personal data signifies actions that make identifying of personal data affiliation to a specific subject of personal data impossible without using additional information.

1.1.12. The User of a web resource (the User) is a person who has an access to website of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS and uses it via the Internet.

1.1.13 Cookies is a small piece of data sent by web resource and stored on the user’s computer. Web client (web browser) sends cookies as a part of HTTP-request each time in attempt to open the page of the corresponding web resource.

1.1.14 "IP address" is a unique network address of a host built with IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

2.1. User using website of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS accepts the Confidentiality Policy and agrees with the terms of user’s personal data processing.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Confidentiality Policy, the User must stop using the website of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS.

2.2.3 The Confidentiality Policy applies exclusively to the website of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS. Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS does not control web resources of third parties and does not responsible for web resources of third parties to which the User can go by the links available on the site of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS.

2.2.4. The Administration of the website does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the User to the website of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS.

3. SUBJECT OF CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

3.1. The Confidentiality Policy establishes obligations for Administration of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website. The Administration of the website is responsible for non-disclosure and privacy protection of personal data provided by the User filling the “Order call” form and feedback form on the website of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy includes the following information:

3.2.3. User’s e-mail address;

3.6. Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS collects statistics about IP-addresses of its users. This information is used for identifying and solving technical problems and for control.

3.7. Any other personal information not specified supra (browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secured storage and non-distribution, except cases provided in subparagraph 5.3. of Confidentiality Policy.

4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The Administration of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website can use personal data of the User in order to:

4.1.1. establishing feedback with the User, concerning the usage of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website, providing services, processing requests from the User;

4.1.2. locating the User for providing security, prevention of fraud;

4.1.3. validation of the authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the User;

4.1.4. providing an effective client and technical support to the User in problematic cases connected with the use of the site of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS the User

4.1.5. providing an access to websites or services of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS partners to the User to get products, updates and service

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.2. Personal data of the User can be sent to the Russian Federation state authorities only on legal grounds and in the order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data Administration of the website informs the User about loss or disclosure of his or her personal data.

5.4. The Administration of the website takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data of the User from illegal or random access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other illegal actions of third parties.

5.5. The Administration of the website jointly with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent material losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The user is obliged:

6.1.1. to provide the information about the personal data necessary to complete the forms, in accordance with subparagraph 3.1 of Confidentiality Policy

6.2. The Administration of the website is obliged:

6.2.1. to use received information only for purposes specified in paragraph 4 of Confidentiality Policy;

6.2.2. to provide storage of private information in secrecy, not to disclose information without prior written permission of the User and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the information received from the User, except subparagraph 5.3. of Confidentiality Policy;

6.2.3. to take precautions to protect privacy of User’s personal data according to the order usually used for protection such information in existing business turnover;

6.2.4. to block personal data referring to the relevant User from the moment

of application or request of the User or the official representative or authority having jurisdiction to protect rights of the subjects of personal data for the verification period, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Administration of the website that has not fulfilled its obligations is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data according to legislation of the Russian Federation, exept cases provided for in subparagraphs 5.3. and 7.2. of Confidentiality Policy.

7.2. in case of loss or disclosure of personal data the Administration of the website is liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1 became public domain before its loss or disclosure;

7.2.2. received from a third party before it was received by the Administration of the website;

7.2.3. was disclosed with the agreement of the User;

7.2.4. was placed according to the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

8.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website and the Administration of the website, it is mandatory to present a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The receiver of the claim shall notify the applicant of the claim about the results of the examination of the claim in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Confidentiality Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the website.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The User of Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website can withdraw his or her consent to process the Data by sending a message to the e-mail address: info@introgis.ru, or by sending a written notice to the address: 450078, Ufa, Revolutsionnaya ul., block 221, 512 office. After receiving this message, processing of User Data will be terminated, User data will be deleted.

9.2. The Administration of the website reserves the right to change the Confidentiality Policy without the consent of the User in order to further improve the system for protecting the personal data of Users at any time.

9.3. The new Confidentiality Policy attaches from the moment of its posting on the Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website, unless other measures are provided in the new edition of the Confidentiality Policy.

9.4. This Confidentiality Policy is publicly available, which is provided by its publication on the Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website.

9.5. All offers or questions on this Confidentiality Policy should be reported to the Administration of the Limited Liability Company INTRO-GIS website.
