As a rule, to calculate the specialized indexes the system must keep a history of meteorological data. In our extension an opportunity exists to select the constant monitoring territory and regularly update the weather information that will be stored in a local geodatabase. Then you can process this data to calculate your index. In that version "Meteo" can calculate only Nesterov's index
What resources are used to collect meteorological data?
The current version uses three resources: WorldWeatherOnline (10d / 1d), WorldWeather (5d / 1d), Gismeteo (1d / 3h). In parentheses is "the forecast period" / "time step", available for a free subscription

We do not forecast the weather. We collect and process data from specialized resources using GIS technology for convenient use in the ArcGIS
